What’s New in April 2025: More Flexible Giveaways & Smarter Shipping
We’ve rolled out two highly requested updates to improve your swag campaign experience: recipients can now redeem multiple items in giveaway campaigns, and holiday dates are now clearly marked in dropship campaign calendars to avoid scheduling mishaps. Read on for all the details!
Offer Recipients Multiple Items in Giveaway Campaigns
You can now set up giveaways that allow recipients to redeem more than one item from a single campaign. This applies to both regular and social giveaways. See below for how this update appears in the campaign settings and the recipient experience on the giveaway landing page. Giveaway Campaign Settings
After adding items to a giveaway campaign, go to the “Redemption Settings” section. You’ll see a new dropdown menu that lets you choose how many items each recipient can redeem. Please note that digital gift cards can be included, but the campaign must use single-use URLs and be set up with invoicing/terms. Digital gift cards are not supported in social giveaways.

At the “Choose your item” step, recipients can now select the number of items allowed. A carousel appears to show their selections, and they can easily add or remove items.
- For apparel items: a dropdown appears for size selection.
- For digital gift cards: a dropdown appears for choosing the gift card brand/type. Recipients will also be prompted to enter their name and email for delivery.
Holiday Dates Added to Dropship Campaigns
To help avoid delivery issues, holiday dates are now clearly marked on the dropship campaign calendar. These dates appear in grey and can no longer be selected for delivery. The cursor will also change to “not-allowed” when hovering over these days.
This update applies to “Arrive on or before this date” and “Guaranteed on a specific day” shipping options.
