Let's unpack it

Does Swag Pro support single sign-on?

Yes, coming soon in early 2027. With SSO, each team member logs in to Swag Pro with their company credentials through your identity provider, so there's no separate Swag Pro password to manage.

Which identity providers are supported?

Swag Pro works with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Google Workspace, OneLogin, and any other identity provider that supports SAML 2.0.

Can we still set budgets and approvals per user?

Yes. Permissions, per-user budgets and order approvals are managed in Swag Pro and apply however users sign in.

Is SSO available on every plan?

SSO is available on Standard and Enterprise plans. It's included with an annual contract, and month-to-month customers can add it for an additional monthly fee.

Who sets it up?

Any Swag Pro account admin on your team can initiate SSO setup from the Company Information settings page, then work with your IT admin to finish connecting your identity provider. The guided setup includes step-by-step instructions with screenshots, so your IT team can see exactly what to click in Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace, or whichever provider you use. It's fully self-serve, but if you get stuck, our support team is happy to help.

NEED SSO FOR YOUR TEAM?

Secure access. Simple rollout.

Swag Pro is adding single sign-on so enterprise teams can manage access centrally. Talk to your account team or book a demo to confirm availability for your plan.
