Do you have a self-serve mockup generator?
Mockups are produced by the merch team rather than a self-serve tool, so placement and decoration are checked by a person. For instant self-serve mockups on a smaller order, swag.com shows a live mockup when you upload a logo.
What file formats do you need?
Vector artwork is best for printing and embroidery. Send what you have and the team will advise.
Are samples free?
Blank samples are free on most items, with a quarterly allowance by plan. Printed pre-production proofs are provided on large orders and first embroidery runs.
Can you design the box and insert for a kit?
Yes. Custom boxes, upgraded filler and inserts are designed with the merch team.
