What is Booth in a Box?
A trade show booth kit, branded for you, that ships to each event in a wheeled hard case and returns to the Swag Pro warehouse to be cleaned, repacked and stored until the next show.
What is in the kit?
A branded backdrop or wall kit, a table drape and counter options, with a retractor banner in the Pro package. Deluxe, Premiere and Ultimate packages and custom builds are available.
How much does a trade show booth kit cost?
The Pro kit starts at $1,609.63 and the Elite kit at $1,968.06, including decoration on the display pieces. Storage and the clean-and-repack service are part of the Swag Pro program; shipping is quoted per event.
Can we ship the booth to a rep instead of the venue?
Yes. Drop ship to the venue, an office or a rep's home, on a guaranteed date if needed.
Does Swag Pro store booths we already own?
Event display items you already own can be received into storage for a per-item receiving fee, and must have been produced by Swag Pro for the clean-and-repack service.
