Lotus Flower
The symbol of Upper Egypt, the blue lotus flower is often shown intertwined with papyrus reeds (a symbol of Lower Egypt) as a representation of the unification of the two lands. This is a very small detail from the tomb of Sennediem.

The djed has been interpreted as the backbone of Osiris, but I tend to disagree. The story of Osiris is long, after he was killed, Isis found his coffin in a cypress tree and I believe this represents the tree.

Normally Hathor is shown wearing the headress of cow horns and sun disk, but this headdress is a symbol of the west and delineates her as the Mistress of the West.
