The ordering cutoffs outlined above include time for processing, production, and transit for delivery by Wednesday, December 24 (the last delivery day before Christmas).

Shipping cutoffs may change without notice and include extra time for unforeseen delays due to the extremely high volume of orders processed and shipped during this busy time of year. Late deliveries are always possible as the shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx) do not guarantee time-in-transit during the holiday season.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Simply view your shopping cart to see the lowest-cost shipping rate for your order. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the items in your shopping cart.

How do I upgrade to Two-day or One-day express shipping?

During the last step of the checkout process you can choose from all available shipping speeds including our Two-day and One-day express delivery options.

How long does it take to process my order?

In your shopping cart & during checkout you can see specific product availability times and an estimate of how long it will take for your order to be manufactured.

Orders shipped Two-day or One-day will be processed before all other orders but still require the processing time displayed in your shopping cart plus applicable time in transit. If you're in a hurry, select "Rush my order" during the last step of checkout (if available).

How do I calculate the total delivery time?

Simply add processing time and transit time together. For example: an order shipped Two-day for a single T-shirt might take 3 days to process plus 2 days in transit for a total time of 5 business days to arrive from the time the order was placed.
