How to make a deposit or prepayment

We accept PayPal, wire transfer, and paper checks for prepayment.

For giveaways don’t forget to add a credit card to your Printfection account even if you prepay – if your deposit runs out we need a credit card backup – otherwise none of your recipients will be able to redeem your giveaways!

Currently the prepayment process is manual, so it might take one business day for funds to show up in your account. If things are taking a while, please email your account rep.  Not sure who your account rep is? Email support@printfection.com and we’ll hook you up.

PayPal Instructions

Send your PayPal payment to paypal@printfection.com. Don’t forget to include the email addresses associated with your Printfection account in the notes field!

Wire Transfer Instructions

Please contact customer love or your account rep for wire transfer instructions.

Paper Check Instructions

Please note: paper checks are slow. We cannot credit your Printfection account until the check clears the bank, which can take 3-7 business days. Please be sure to include your account email address along with your payment.
