Are there any limitations to the 100% satisfaction guarantee return policy for bulk orders?

Bulk orders of 50+ of any one item receive a substantial quantity discount and therefore may be returned only if they differ materially from what you created on the website or if the product is otherwise flawed. If you are ordering in bulk please order one product first to verify sizing, color accuracy, etc.

Can I get a proof/sample to verify the sizing, color accuracy, etc.?

Although we don’t send free proofs, you can order a single item inexpensively and use this as your proof. Usually this is much cheaper than the $50 – $75 most printing companies charge for proofs. When your order arrives, check it over to make sure you like what you see. If you are satisfied, simply login to your account and re-order the same item in “bulk” and you’ll receive the quantity discount(s). It couldn’t be easier!
