How much does it cost to open a store?

Nothing. Setting up a store is completely free! Furthermore, there are no inventory costs or ongoing costs.

Can I really make money?

Absolutely. Your earning potential is truly unlimited. Most of our store owners receive a substantial commission check every month! Use your earnings for whatever you want! It's real, cold, hard cash!

How it works:

You generate a commission when you set your selling price above our base price. This price difference is your commission.

For example, a T-shirt has a base price of $12.99. If you set the selling price to $17.99 you will make $5 every time someone purchases this product. We send you a commission check every month.

How long does it take to setup a store?

Once you have your designs ready to upload you can easily create products and open your store in a matter of minutes. All you need to do is upload your artwork, choose the products you want to sell, and set your prices. If you don't already have artwork, learn more about preparing your images and then download a product template for a jump-start!

Why would I want to set up a store?

Store owners typically fall into three main groups:

• Artists, clubs, activist groups, bands, musicians, and other organizations interested in adding their own line of merchandise to their existing web site
  Becoming a Printfection.com store owner helps your organizations build awareness for your cause and turn a profit at the same time. There is no better advertising than a custom T-shirt featuring your organization's logo! You would be surprised how many loyal supporters of your organization are just waiting to purchase merchandise through your Printfection.com online merchandise store!
• Creative individuals interested in making money from their designs and artwork
  The Printfection.com shopping mall features the custom products created through your store owner account. Free of charge, you can choose to showcase your designs in our shopping mall for added visibility and sales.
• Personal stores for friends and family only
  You can make your entire store private, only accessible if you already know the web site address (URL). For example, you could give out the URL of your new store to your soccer team, allowing all the team members to individually purchase the exact style and size they like best. No more compromises - everyone gets what they want - and you're not stuck being responsible for collecting payment and distributing the garments!

What type of images/designs can I upload?

We accept JPEG, JPG, PNG, GIF, and BMP image formats. We recommend the PNG, JPEG, or JPG format for best results. Almost all digital cameras and photo editing programs can save your image in one of these formats.

If you plan on designing dark-colored apparel (black, navy blue, etc.) and want to use the same design you should upload transparent PNG files. Transparent PNG files are the only format that will always work well on both dark and light colored clothing. JPG and JPEG files will work too, however any white space in your image will print as white, often leaving an undesirable white square around your image.
