Most of us come from a technology background. So if you don’t know a thing about promotional products, you’ll fit right in. We’re using the power of the Internet to transform a backwards, old-school industry that still relies on commissioned sales reps and FAX machines to take orders!

Unlike the rest of the industry focused on taking orders and delivering piles of logo’d merch, we’re building a complete service to help companies market themselves and grow.

Web Developer

Our site was built by back end programmers, and it looks it! Your job is to breathe some fresh air on our application. Upgrade it, make it easier to use, make it fun. We believe simplicity is beautiful. And we want our application to be the belle of the ball.

Opportunities

  • Tackle big projects spanning our entire service
  • Work with product managers to take a project from an idea to implementation
  • Upgrade and standardize all of our HTML/ CSS
  • Come up with innovative ways to make our application simpler and easier to use
  • Format merchandise images
  • Work with marketing to create beautiful newsletters and other marketing materials
  • Daily maintenance/ updates to existing sites

Requirements

  • Ability to use Javascript/ DOM scripting to create dynamic applications
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML/ CSS and browser compliance
  • Basic understanding of PHP and MySQL
  • Ability to configure and use WordPress
  • Experience with Photoshop and illustrator
  • Clear understanding of typography and design grids
  • Ability to prioritize projects, communicate time lines and meet deadlines
  • Passionate and self-motivated with initiative to learn
  • Possess excellent verbal AND written communication skills
  • Creative problem solver, innovative and unconventional
  • Ability to work well with teams and desire to collaborate
  • Must love change and seek to drive change in a positive manner
  • Will enjoy working independently from home
  • Comfortable working in a *nix environment
  • At least 2 years of experience working with web applications
  • Must be within 50 miles of Denver, Colorado
