We’re seven people on a mission to revolutionize the $18 billion dollar promotional products industry. Most of us come from a technology background. So if you don’t know screen printing from pad printing, or ASI from PPAI, you’ll fit right in. We’re using the power of the Internet to transform a backwards, old-school industry.

Sales Representative

We’ve got a killer service, great reference customers, and lots of leads. Now we need someone to sell, sell, sell (and possibly manage the accounts too)!

The opportunity of a lifetime

  • Become sales person #1 at a fast-growing, self-funded, profitable startup!
  • Hit the ground running, we already have a (very small) but highly effective marketing team in place
  • Get to try lots of stuff: demand generation, closing leads, helping marketing, attend in-person events, etc.
  • Responsible for setting your own metrics and helping us learn what works and what doesn’t
  • Come up with innovative ways to make our sales process better
  • Direct interaction with/ a seat at the management table

Requirements

  • At least one year of sales experience, startup/ tech environment preferred
  • Entry or mid-level, eager to take your career to the next level
  • Comfortable selling primarily via e-mail and phone, excellent verbal and written communication
  • Willing to travel, comfortable selling in-person and meeting prospects face-to-face

PHP Programmer

We’ve got a big application and we need your help taking it to the next level. Your duties will extend across the stack. From building custom frameworks handling multi-level caching to integration with third party sites. As one of the first members of our development team you’ll have a huge influence over every project you work on as well as the overall direction of our application. We don’t consider this “just a job” but rather a chance to build something great with great people.

Opportunities

  • Tackle big projects spanning our entire service
  • Gain experience in a large scale multi-service application environment (30+ servers, millions of images, millions of DB rows)
  • Integrate with physical production facilities (see your virtual work come to life)

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of OO PHP
  • Good understanding of Linux, Apache and MySQL
  • Experience with larger web applications a huge plus
  • Any experience with these extras will help catch our eye: Memcache Cfengine, Amazon S3, ImageMagick, GraphicsMagick Javascript, Asynchronous applications, Front-end semantics
  • Enjoys working on a small/ agile dev team
  • At least 2 years of experience working with web applications

Marketing Specialist

Are you an up-and-coming technology marketing superstar? Self-motivated, have something to prove, and dream of someday becoming the VP of Marketing for a fast-growing startup? We want to have a conversation with you! Your job is to own and execute all of our marketing. From updating our marketing site, to writing blog posts, copy for our core application, help articles, blog outreach, attending in-person events, tradeshows, social media… the list goes on! You’ll be working directly with our marketing-focused co-founder for strategy and direction, so we’re looking for a well-rounded do-er who wants to grow into a strategist over time.

Web Developer

Our site was built by back end programmers, and it looks it! Your job is to breathe some fresh air on our application. Upgrade it, make it easier to use, make it fun. We believe simplicity is beautiful. And we want our application to be the belle of the ball.

Opportunities

  • Tackle big projects spanning our entire service
  • Work with product managers to take a project from an idea to implementation
  • Upgrade and standardize all of our HTML/ CSS
  • Come up with innovative ways to make our application simpler and easier to use
  • Format merchandise images
  • Work with marketing to create beautiful newsletters and other marketing materials
  • Daily maintenance/ updates to existing sites

Requirements

  • Ability to use Javascript/ DOM scripting to create dynamic applications
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML/ CSS and browser compliance
  • Basic understanding of PHP and MySQL
  • Ability to configure and use WordPress
  • Experience with Photoshop and illustrator
  • Clear understanding of typography and design grids
  • Ability to prioritize projects, communicate time lines and meet deadlines
